We will pick up your computer and take it to our work bench, where it will get a new lease on life.
We will:
- remove the dust from the inside
- check all the cables and connectors
- do a thorough virus scan, using high end virus scanning tools
- remove spyware and ad-ware
- do Windows updates if needed
- clean out old and unwanted programs
- clean out the registry
- check hard drive for bad sectors
- defragment the hard drive
- backup photos, music, or documents
A clean and happy computer will keep you productive. You won't have to wait for a program to open, wait over 5 minutes for it to start in the morning, or wait between mouse clicks. You will be a happier computer user. Cost: 59.99 plus GST NOTE: Onsite service is available for an extra charge. We also offer a discount for multiple computers. Valid for home and business users.
New Computer Setup
Did you get a new computer and are not sure how to set it up? Do the instructions look like Greek? We can help. We will setup your new computer for you, including adding the settings for your email, making sure your internet works, downloading any updates to Windows, and giving you a short training session on using your new computer. Take the trouble out of setting up that new computer and let us help.
Cost: $30.00 per hour plus GST
New parts/software installation
Did you get a new printer, video card, ram, software program or hard drive that you need installed. We can install your new purchase quickly and easily. We will make sure that your new purchase is working properly. Cost: $30.00 per hour plus GST
Troubleshooting
Did something go wrong? Is you computer not working like it was yesterday? Did you lose all your favourites? We can help troubleshoot the problem and fix it if possible. You can show us the problem and if we can fix it onsite, we will. Some problems require extra time and we will take your computer to our workbench and do extensive troubleshooting to get the computer problem solved. Cost: $30.00 per hour plus GST
